These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nilo Assistant, operated by Caimito Services LLC.
You may use Nilo Assistant only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.
You are responsible for the data, prompts, files, communications, and instructions you submit to the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload or process through Nilo, and you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Nilo may generate drafts, summaries, suggestions, and other output. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a human before use.
Some features may require a paid subscription or usage-based credits. We may update pricing, features, and service functionality over time.
We may suspend or terminate access if needed to address non-payment, abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.
Caimito Services LLC retains ownership of the Nilo Assistant service, software, and related materials. You retain your rights in the content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service on your behalf.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Caimito Services LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
