This Privacy Policy describes the limited information Caimito Services LLC processes when a business uses Nilo Assistant or visits this website.
Nilo Assistant is operated by Caimito Services LLC, a Delaware company. This policy covers Nilo’s website, accounts, and service. Nilo is intended for business use.
Caimito Services LLC determines how it uses limited account, billing, contact, and service-security information needed to operate Nilo. For content that a business customer submits to Nilo, the customer determines why that content is processed and Caimito Services LLC processes it for the customer under the Data Processing Terms in the Terms of Service.
We process account and authentication information, organization information supplied during setup, billing and transaction records, Customer Content submitted through Nilo, and operational records needed to deliver, troubleshoot, and secure the service. Payment-card details are collected by the payment provider rather than Nilo.
This website uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate website use. Nilo does not use website analytics to follow visitors across unrelated websites.
We use information only to provide and secure Nilo, authenticate users, administer accounts and payments, answer support requests, maintain reliability, comply with United States legal obligations, and enforce the Terms of Service.
Customers control the Customer Content they submit. Nilo processes that content only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service on the customer’s instructions. Caimito Services LLC does not sell Customer Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
We disclose information only as needed to providers that support infrastructure, authentication, payments, communications, artificial-intelligence functions, customer-selected integrations, security, and website measurement, and when disclosure is required by United States law. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their function.
Caimito Services LLC is a United States company. Nilo and its service providers process Customer Content in locations selected to provide and support the service, including in the United States and Europe. Processing locations may change over time, and Nilo does not promise data residency in a particular country or region. Business customers subject to European data-transfer requirements should review the Data Processing Terms and obtain any required transfer terms before submitting covered personal data.
We retain account and Customer Content while needed to provide the service. We retain billing, security, and legal records as needed for their purpose and applicable United States requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups.
Users can review or change available account information through Nilo or contact us. A person whose information appears in Customer Content should direct a request to the business customer that submitted or controls that content; Nilo will reasonably assist that customer.
Nilo does not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising. Because Nilo does not conduct cross-site tracking, the website does not take a separate action in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not permit other parties to collect personal information through Nilo for tracking a user over time across unrelated websites.
We post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how existing account information or Customer Content is used, Nilo may also provide notice through the service or by email.
