This Privacy Policy explains how Caimito Services LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use Nilo Assistant.
Nilo Assistant is built and operated by Caimito Services LLC, a Delaware company.
We may collect account information such as your email address and authentication details, workspace content and files that you or your organization choose to submit, operational metadata needed to run and secure the product, and billing or subscription information needed to manage paid access.
We use information to provide Nilo Assistant and its features, authenticate users, keep accounts secure, support billing and customer support, and improve reliability and maintenance of the service.
Customers control the data they put into Nilo. We process that data to provide the service. We do not sell customer data.
We use service providers to operate the service, including infrastructure, authentication, payment, communications, and AI-related providers where applicable.
Nilo processes customer data in the United States.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, and protect the service. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it or de-identify it. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
