Partner Setup

Use Nilo Yourself First. Then Activate Partner Status.

The partner path starts with a real Nilo account of your own for about $10. Use Nilo in actual work, often instead of a separate generic chatbot subscription, then come back through this page to activate partner status in the app, invite customers, and support them as your own paid service.

What This Means

The Partner Helps Businesses Put Nilo To Work

Nilo is an AI assistant, CRM, and website platform. The partner is the trusted outside person who uses Nilo personally first, then helps other businesses adopt it well and keep improving over time.

  • You invite customers by email from the partner area inside Nilo.
  • Each customer creates their own Nilo account and appears in your partner view.
  • You charge for your own setup, coaching, website, or widget work. Nilo stays outside that commercial relationship.
How It Works

The Real Setup Path

The partner path is direct, but it starts with real product use first.

1. Get Your Own Nilo Account

Start as a real Nilo user. The current entry tier is about $10 and includes enough credits to use Nilo for real work.

2. Use Nilo In Your Own Work First

Learn the product from actual use, not from a pitch. That gives you something real to bring to customers.

3. Open The Partner Setup Page In The App

Use the link on this site to go back into Nilo and activate partner status from the partner page.

4. Invite A Customer By Email

Your customer signs up for their own Nilo account, and you can then see them in Nilo and start helping with setup and settings.

5. Charge For Your Own Service

You help with onboarding, coaching, settings, and optionally website hosting and widgets. That paid relationship is between you and your customer.

Who This Is For

This Fits People Who Will Use Nilo First And Then Help A Customer Hands-On

The strongest partners are already comfortable helping a business in practical terms and are willing to use Nilo themselves before offering it to customers.

  • Website builders and practical digital freelancers.
  • Marketing operators and communication helpers.
  • Operations-minded consultants or systems helpers.
  • People who want to coach customers through real setup instead of reselling from a distance.
